A Client Track Maintenance Plan is required with the purchase of Client Track. We want to assure you that the Gold
Maintenance fee will remain constant for the lifetime of Client Track regardless of what version you may upgrade to in the future. The price
of the Gold Maintenance Plan price will change if you purchase more licenses, thus, your annual fee will increase by a set amount per extra
license (the amount of increase is specified in your maintenance plan details). The annual maintenance fee cost is determined by the total
number of licenses you have purchased at the time the annual maintenance fee is due. |

However, with our Basic Maintenance Plan, your annual maintenance plan cost may increase with each major version
you choose to upgrade to. Please note, under the Basic Maintenance Plan, major upgrades are optional and you choose which upgrades you
would like to purchase. You will always be notified in writing of any Basic Maintenance Plan fee changes. If you do not upgrade to new
major versions of Client Track in the future, than your Basic Maintenance Plan will not change. Other services that are not included
within the Annual Maintenance Plans will be charged separately. These services include any live demos, importing information into
Client Track, and training sessions. |
