Additional Services
Client Import Service $89.99
If you have a large or multiple files to import into Client Track, let us import the files for you. We will match your files with the proper fields and import the data for you into your copy of Client Track. All imports will be verified and ready to use.
Real-Time/On-Line Training Session $89.99 (per hour)
If you can't make it to one of our training sessions and need additional training for your staff, Client Track can arrange to have one of our Customer Service representatives host a real-time/on-line training session for you. All you need is a board room with a speaker telephone and a computer with a projector to see how easy Client Track is to use with a real live person and in real time.
Terms and Conditions
A Client Track Maintenance Plan is required with the purchase of Client Track. We want to assure you that the Gold Maintenance fee will remain constant for the lifetime of Client Track regardless of what version you may upgrade to in the future. The price of the Gold Maintenance Plan price will change if you purchase more licenses, thus, your annual fee will increase by a set amount per extra license (the amount of increase is specified in your maintenance plan details). The annual maintenance fee cost is determined by the total number of licenses you have purchased at the time the annual maintenance fee is due.
However, with our Basic Maintenance Plan, your annual maintenance plan cost may increase with each major version you choose to upgrade to. Please note, under the Basic Maintenance Plan, major upgrades are optional and you choose which upgrades you would like to purchase. You will always be notified in writing of any Basic Maintenance Plan fee changes. If you do not upgrade to new major versions of Client Track in the future, than your Basic Maintenance Plan will not change. Other services that are not included within the Annual Maintenance Plans will be charged separately. These services include any live demos, importing information into Client Track, and training sessions.
